22.01.2022 This is the first time in my life that I am happy with a face without make up. I wear hardly any make up at work and only wear make up on weekends. I don't wear foundation as I believe it is better for your skin.... Ever since I started using Atomy Skincare Products in October 2018 from 2 years ago, I noticed a difference and improvement in the condition and appearance of my skin. I used to suffer from severe acne in my 20's and had post acne scarring and pigmentation and I used to cover my scars with heavy foundation which is so bad for your skin. Thanks to Atomy Skincare Products I feel more confident without make up. I have also changed my diet which is focused on more of a vegetarian diet and eat less meat. And have just started intermittent fasting. And I try to eat more vegetables and fruits and eat less carbs and less sugar. I don't cut out anything in my diet and just try to control my portion sizes and don't eat anything in excess. And drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep.
