22.01.2022 Quick and Easy White Chocolate Chai Latte Ingredients. (per person) 3 teaspoons of Premium Quality Chai Masala Black loose leaf Tea... 1/3 cup of Milk 1 heaped teaspoon of White Chocolate chips Honey or sweetener to taste Method. Place Chai Masala Tea leaves into your Handy Brew teapot. Add hot water and steep until tea reaches desired strength and colour. While tea is steeping, pour milk into a cup or saucepan. Add a heaped teaspoon of white chocolate chips. Microwave or heat milk until chocolate is melted. Pour milky chocolate mix into a serving cup. Place Handy Brew on top of the cup and allow tea to pour over the heated milk and chocolate. Sweeten to taste with honey or your preferred sweetener.

05.01.2022 Summer is coming up, so here is a great idea for a special treat on those lovely hot days!!! Green Tea Ice Cream Ingredients... 2 tablespoons A Touch of Tea Japanese Matcha 2/3 cup white sugar 3 egg yolks 3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup pure cream Method 1. In a small bowl, mix the A Touch of Tea Japanese Matcha with 2 tablespoons white sugar. 2. In a separate bowl, mix together the egg yolks and remaining sugar. 3. Pour the milk into a small pan and gently heat taking care not to let it boil (ideally the temperature of the milk should be 80 degrees C). Remove from the heat and mix a few spoonfuls of the warm milk with the A Touch of Tea Japanese Matcha and sugar in a small bowl. When you have a smooth paste, add it to the remaining milk in the pan, then gradually combine with the egg yolk mixture. 4. Return mixture to the stove and heat slowly over low heat (taking care to not let the mixture boil), until the mixture coats the back of a spoon. Remove from the heat, strain through a fine sieve, and allow to cool completely. 5. Lightly whip the cream and then add it to the cold A Touch of Tea Japanese Matcha and milk mixture. 6. Transfer the mixture to a large container, chill for an hour or two in the refrigerator and then put it in the freezer. As ice crystals start to form, remove, and mix well with a spoon (use a wooden spoon and stir very vigorously) to break them up and return the mixture to the freezer. Repeat this a few times as it freezes to ensure that the ice cream is smooth See more

Many of us have such a hectic time in the lead up to the holiday season that we crave a quiet time with a cup of tea and a good book. Whether you feel the need for a herbal pick me up or a comforting cup of your favourite tea blend... , we are sure to be able to provide the answers.
