We believe in cross training, ...both to keep jobs interesting and to facilitate getting things out in a timely manner. Darren Grimsey started out as our fibreglass horn maker, progressed on to running the CNC machine and making and fitting out boxes and is now highly skilled at making crossovers and is the master of the Acousticoate machine which sprays the boxes with our custom finish. Rod Willis is also a man of all trades and sets a high pace for the others. Hes the kind of employee you would like to clone, but since that was out of the question, we did the next best thing: brought his son Nick Willis on to the team in April. Mitch Rosenthal is off at the moment recovering from an accident at home that resulted in breaking 3 bones in his lower leg. He is healing well and will be back shortly. Production Manager Noel Bourne has the job of overseeing the workshop, making sure the crew has the materials to carry out the production, arranging for transport once products are ready to go out the door as well as jumping in alongside the guys to build, fit out and pack up.
