24.01.2022 I can totally relate to this. Anyone else?

05.01.2022 Has anyone else been feeling weird and chaotic lately? I’ve felt a bit like a buoy being bobbed around by strange currents lately and have found it difficult to move through my life in a balanced way without grasping too hard to stay in control. And so many people I’ve spoken with whose energy is all over the place at the moment. I had a client last week who’s energy was all mountain peaks and chasms, swirling whirlpools of chaos. Not that chaos is necessarily a bad thing..., it can be productive in short bursts. But when it’s continual, not so positive! It literally took the whole session to rebalance my client, and thankfully, she left feeling more balanced and in-tune. Wonder what this week will bring? Stepping beyond the quagmire of doing things due to perceived obligation and into the world of doings things that resonate and bring me joy. It’s been a long journey.
