23.01.2022 Looking for something to do with your gorgeous little 2 year old each week? Our warm up program is a fun and educational program that allows children to become more confident and make friends whilst having fun. It is also a good way for them interact with other children whilst knowing mum is close by. (Parents stay on the premises during the session, enjoying a nice cuppa and having a chat with other parents) It is also a good stepping stone to do before Pre-Kindy so the chi...ldren are familiar with their surroundings and the staff of Atwell Pre-Kindy. We have limited positions still available so get it quick. 22.01.2022 To Celebrate World Turtle Day last week Atwell Pre-Kindy was lucky to be a part of the South Western Snake Necked Turtle Clay Workshop. We learnt many fun facts about these turtles and explored what they look like. We will be extending this experience but painting our turtles and making a home for them. Special thanks to the City of Cockburn Environmental Team for making this possible.... Here is our turtles so far...

10.01.2022 We looked at All About Me over the last couple of weeks which lead to exploring cultural diversity. We celebrated the diversity of Australia, focussing on encouraging respect to everyone. We sang a beautiful song called Colours of Australia that supports what we discussed. The children also made little mirrors to go with a poem they learnt... When I look in a mirror I see my face And all of its parts are in its place... I see two little ears and one little nose I see two little eyes and one little mouth When I look in the mirror what do I see? A wonderful and SPECIAL me! See more
