I would like to start with a big thanks to all of you who have thanked us, encouraged us, fuelled us with coffees and cakes and provided us with ongoing love and support for carrying out our duties to look after some of the best customers in the world. It’s been tough for all of us during the last few weeks and we are truly grateful for the patience and understudying shown by you all in providing you with your much needed prescriptions and pharmacy lines. ... I’m an effort to keep you home during the current Covid-19 pandemic and only venturing out when absolutely necessary we are offering free delivery of your script items for customers within 5km of the pharmacy. Clients outside of this distance may be provided delivery on a case by case basis at a fee of $5.00 per delivery. We will start with trying to provide same day deliveries for orders placed before 2pm. For the hundreds of clients that have scripts already on file and use MedAdvisor to order and pay for your scripts. Please continue to use this awesome service. Our delivery service will be incorporated into the app in the near future to make it even easier to arrange home delivery. For our other ‘script on file’ customers, I suggest you download the free MedAdvisor app and follow the instructions to register and start using the app to order your prescriptions from us. MedAdvisor will streamline the process and avoid you having to call and order your scripts by phone which, at the moment, can take quite some time with the increased phone call volume we are experiencing at the moment. If MedAdvisor is not something you think you can use, by all means call the pharmacy and we will endeavour to do our best in taking your order and payment over the phone and arranging delivery. For customers who have scripts with them, call us at the pharmacy on 9414 6000 or email us at [email protected] and we will provide instructions on how to have your script dispensed, delivered and collect the script from you and store repeats, if any, at the pharmacy for future orders. As with any new service, there may be some teething problems but we are sure we can provide you with a safe way to have your prescription medications delivered to your home.
