24.01.2022 One of our favourite pieces of equipment is the humble resistance band! A resistance band can be used in many different ways and adapted for different strengths and fitness levels. Theyre small and portable, so great for home, work or even travel! Our physios and exercise physiologists can show you exactly how to use a resistance band to target specific muscles, to strengthen or assist in rehabilitation. Theyre a great low impact option and theres less chance of over working the area or causing injury when compared to weights or other gym equipment Can you see why theyre one of our favourites now?!
