Koftas of pork (not quite traditional obviously) wrapped in grilled eggplant, topped with tomatoes from Grant's dad's garden. Sides of full fat!! biodynamic youghurt (thanks to Nic for permission) with a sprinkle of paprika and oregano flatbread (thanks to Peita and an amazing Dandenong bakery)

I think I have just captured the last breath of our Indian summer... I know I sound like my dear brother, but this is intensely satisfying.

Blend: 125g softened butter, 1/2 cup caster sugar, 3/4 cup self raising flour, 2 tbs (preferably organic - I really think it tastes better) cocoa powder, 2 eggs 2. Stir Through:1 finely diced ripe pear, 2-3 tbs milk 3. Bake in cupcake shells @ 180 for 15 min

03.01.2022 Loving "mini green asparagus", 2for $3 @ Coles... just used them in a spring-inspired tuna mornay and a spinach, mandarin and asparagus salad for a client. Had to go back for some for my dinner too!
