21.01.2022 Hi All, I hope you all had a lovely festive period and are ready for a completely new decade, bring on 2020. Due to the tragic events of the bushfires this previous month instead of our usual quarterly iPad draw we will be donating the money towards the Red Cross Bushfire appeal.... This has been a tragic time for so many Austalians and we would love to try and do our bit to help. Over the next QTR being from Jan 1st to the 31st of March we will donate $5 from every invoice to the RED CROSS BUSHFIRE APPEAL. Please find the link below if you would also like to donate, https://www.redcross.org.au/ Thanks again for your time, we look forward to helping where we can as right now every little bit counts

(Please note if we go into lock down Emergency call outs will apply)... We are also practicing good hygiene with wearing disposable gloves when appropriate and washing our hands before and after every job. We ask that all clients try our best to practice good social distancing where possible. We also ask that all invoices are paid via a bank transfer to avoid contact. Thanks you in advance and we look forward to speaking with you soon.

12.01.2022 To our valued clients, I hope you are all keeping well. We just wanted to keep you in the loop and advise you that we are trying to do our best to put in place a few preventative measures to ensure the welfare of all our staff and clients. ... We have changed a few procedures during works and will be: - Asking the tenants upon booking jobs if anyone has been unwell or overseas in the last 14 days and sending a follow up text that the job is booked and to please advise us if there are any changes in circumstances. - Asking the tenants to practice social distancing where possible - Wearing gloves when completing sanitary works - Washing our hands before and after every job with soap Thanks again for your ongoing support and let's do our best to Prevent The Spread!!!

11.01.2022 To our valued clients, We hope you are keeping well through these testing times. Just a quick email to keep you updated with our procedures going forward as there is quite a bit of uncertainty. At this stage, we will be continuing to work AS NORMAL as we are completely real estate maintenance work based - with that being said unfortunately we will not be quoting any new/additional works (eg. quoting to install new lights, an exhaust fan etc).... All repair work is deemed as a required maintenance as it has a matter of urgency. If you're in any doubt please send the work order through and we will review and touch base regardless. We have implemented further measures to ensure safety and reduce risk for all parties: - Covid questionnaire to all tenants prior to booking works and again on arrival - Tradesman wearing the appropriate PPE - Sanitising our hands- Wiping all frequently touched items/surfaces - Asking tenants on arrival to place on their masks and to keep a 2m distance from tradesman at all times (ideally sitting in a separate room) - Staff are currently using a covid plan which allows our job management system to accurately log time and date of attendance at all properties if revision is needed We understand it is extremely important to support each other to get through these times and as we are all having a bit of a rough time, none more so than charities and this Friday 14th is Red Nose Day therefore for an absolutely amazing cause which I hold quite close, WE WILL BE DONATING $10 FROM EVERY WORK ORDER THIS WEEK TO THE RED NOSE DAY FOUNDATION. Support on Red Nose Day helps to stop little lives being cut short and ensuring families have the support that they need. https://rednose.org.au/event/red-nose-day-2020 We would like to thank you once again for all for the ongoing support - let’s get through these times and have a great Summer! Stay safe and well!

07.01.2022 Hi Everybody, I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone for the on going support. We appreciate the loyalty and relationships we have created through our working environment.... We are still running the $5 donation per invoice for the rest of this QTR which is running until the end of March. For the month of January we have had 123 work orders invoiced and have donated $615 to the Victorian Bushfire appeal. I do apologise that we have changed the final destination of the charity due to the recent findings of the Red cross appeal. The Victorian Bushfire Appeal has been created with zero overheads to get more of the money out to the people which are in need. I just want to Thank you all again and look forward to the year ahead

02.01.2022 What a rollercoaster this year has been! I hope everyone has kept well and is now enjoying some normality with restrictions being eased. This year we decided to put our quarterly draw on hold and instead make some contributions to some very worthy causes, we are extremely proud of what we have achieved. In total we have donated:... Red nose day - $500 Victoria Bushfire Appeal - $2,350 My Room Children's Cancer Charity - $500 We have now decided in time for Christmas, it is time for another draw! For every WORK ORDER which is INVOICED from today until the 19th of December will go in the draw to win and {8th Gen} iPad. The time frame for this draw is a little shorter as our office will be closed from 5pm on Thursday the 24th of December - 5th of January 2021. We will be operating for urgent works only which are called through to the office and diverted through to the guys on call. Finally, we would like to congratulate everyone for making it through one of the toughest years this country has ever faced and we can not wait to eventually catch up with everyone again, hopefully one day not too far away. Thank you all for your contributions throughout the year and we look forward to a great 2021.
