Passing these exams is no mean feat, and even being invited to sit the exams is an honour in itself. Earning the title of Master Sommelier is such an incredible achievement that Netflix made a documentary about it! Good luck Cyril!

We were thrilled that one of our dishes made the GT top Australian dishes of 2017 - and are already planning our opening menu for 2018. We reopen for dinner on 10 January (but if you can’t wait that long then Temporada opens in just a few days on 5 January!).
