If you have been in recently you have heard me harp on about rather than waiting for a new year we can make new things happen for us each and every day .... even moment to moment .... so if it feels a bit overwhelming to move into the next year with hopes and dreams that seem big... maybe just allow little baby steps to happen every day moving you closer to your goal xxx

Want more fun, more energy, a longer fuse with those relatives you have to see, or just in general more calm and relaxed feeling -come in for your adjustment / massage it’s the best time to get seen. 3 sleeps to go ! Who else is excited about Christmas ... Our opening hours over the silly season are Wed 23/12 Wed30/12 Sat 2/1 If you have an appointment scheduled with us on any of these days make sure you keep it - your body will thank you for prioritising it over the need to feel busy This time of year for some reason makes people think they have less time for themselves ... which is weird as most of us actually get time off ... so when you start feeling that stress of trying to do too much in one day ask yourself what’s really important here ? Make sure you make yourself and your health (mental and physical ) come first Our answering machine is as usual 24hrs and we will he checking this over the break - but please if you feel you need to be checked call ASAP so we can make sure we can help you get through this busy time of year in a relaxed healthy state.
