17.01.2022 This is a nice, simple explanation of the harpsichord. Apart from the video, there are some other steps involved in getting the right sound and functioning of the harpsichord, which is called regulating.

12.01.2022 I found this piano cabinet restoration workshop at a Guild meeting, to be highly informative and fascinating. Held at The Piano Showroom, Chatswood. If you have ever wondered how to get a dull, scratched piano back to a mirror image, this is the person you should call. Jim Gogov is a master craftsman (The Piano Restoration Company) He makes it look easy, but it takes years of hard work to achieve the results. As can be seen by the photos, a terrible scratch becomes a perfect finish. Also after many hours of hard work, a mirror image finish for a Steinway grand piano.
