16.01.2022 WE ARE STILL OPEN Avh would like to advise that we have the best interest of our clients and staff during this stressful time. To ensure the safety of everyone We will be implementing Temporary procedures for our consultations & Hospitalisation of our patients. - Please ring the clinic when arriving at the entrance to the hospital and wait in your car. A nurse will come out to the front door to collect your pet.... - Consultations will commence by phone with a vet to discuss treatment - After the consultation we will ask you to enter the hospital to arrange payment preferably contactless payment. - Phone ahead to order required prescription medicine repeats or food, worming and flea control in advance so we can arrange to have them ready for you without the need to wait. We ask that you also acknowledge the current COVID-19 guidelines below: -If you have cold and flu symptoms, or are self-isolating, we ask that you delay your consultation until the period of self-isolation is complete or symptoms are resolved. If your pet needs urgent assistance, please call us to discuss Options.- If you are running late, please let us know in advance
