23.01.2022 Yep, it’s true. I am a bit different... and I’m ok with it but I know that I’m not for everyone. So in the interest of full disclosure, I thought I’d share some of my quirks. So if you’re looking for a therapist, here’s a little bit about me:... If you’re feeling sad or anxious and want someone to listen to you and say how hard your situation must be, I’m probably not for you. Yes I’m empathetic and I will take the time to understand your problem but I’ll focus on and I will move straight to solution mode. I won’t let you stay down at the level of the problem I speak very fast, I know I do it and I try and slow down but I’m super passionate and I have accepted it. I will not speak fast during your hypnosis session, promise I speak with my hands and I will speak over you occasionally . I blame my Italian heritage, my family & friends (you know who you are) It means nothing about how much I value you or your opinion and I will hear everything you say I am excitable and probably speak a bit too loudly I am extroverted but also have a introverted side who loves being alone So if any of the above are glaring warning signs to you then we may not be suited to working together On the other hand, if you want a super passionate person who won’t let you get away with your own crap any more, then I’m your girl by the amazing @illustrations.by.brooke See more

21.01.2022 This is the third and final part of how I became a Rapid Transformational Therapist.... And so I began my studying online and went to Melbourne for a week to learn from Marisa Peer herself and her team. What an experience ... Seeing how she performed RTT on fellow students and the transformation they received in only an hour or so, after suffering their whole lives was so inspiring. Now, as a Certified Hypnotherapist & Qualified Rapid Transformational Therapist, working with my own beautiful clients who are receiving their own life changing results is amazing. So far, I’ve worked with: - children with anxiety - children to improve their sports mindset - ladies suffering anxiety - weight issues - self love/self confidence issues - skin conditions and am thrilled to be able to help them achieve what they have always wanted. It’s life changing for them...and for me
19.01.2022 Most people don’t realise they’re doing things backwards. I’ll be happy when... I’ll be confident when... I’ll be happy when...... When I get X,Y,Z then I can finally... I’ll start my dream business, side hustle, when.... Have you ever thought or said something like that You need to flip it & reverse it These aren’t just empty words or a cute instaquote. This is real life and the reason you feel wronged or stuck or unlucky or what ever it is that always happens to you Choose it now, don’t give up, look for the silver linings and then keep showing up. But the knowledge that someone has had a long hard look at their life & how they are living and made the decision to work on themselves (for them self) and have made amazing progress is even better. To see someone gain clarity, hope and freedom back is all worth it

13.01.2022 Yes, there is so much uncertainty at the moment but what does worrying achieve? I know it’s hard to not think about everything that’s going on but what you control? Your thoughts... Exposure to constant tv & online info How you speak How you make people feel How you act What you are worrying about probably won’t even happen so it just robs you of your peace today. So, if you do find yourself worrying unnecessarily come back to the present. ? You’re safe so start thinking about what you want to feel. Calm? Safe? In control? 11.01.2022 When you think a thought your body literally has a physical reaction. If you think about eating a lemon, you’ll salivate. If you think somethings that is stressful for you then your heart rate will rise. ... If you think about bad things that could happen, you’ll get a knot in your stomach. So what do you think you would feel if you thought: I am not good enough I am too fat I am ugly I am unlovable I’m not a good mum my dad left up when I was a kid so I must be unlovable if my own mother doesn’t love me, then no one ever will How do you think you’d show up if you think these things over & over & over. 11.01.2022 To be honest, I’m not really a team sport person Karate is definitely more my thing but I am a keen soccer mum. I did coach a kids’ soccer final this year! We won... so I’ll add undefeated soccer coach to my list of achievements. But even though I don’t really get netball and I wasn’t 100% sure what my 12 year old, netball mad client meant when she told me that she didn’t want to hesitate and wanted to lead for the ball, it didn’t really matter. I wrote it down ...and asked what else she wanted. She wanted to take her game to the next level. She knew (and so did her mum) that she hesitated in certain situations. When she thought another player was better than her, she held back. Not on purpose but that’s how your subconscious mind works - it was trying to keep her safe. If she didn’t really try, then she wouldn’t really fail... We uncovered the underlying reasons why she held back and focussed on what she wanted. I programmed her subconscious mind to believe that she could lead for the ball without hesitation and all the other things on her wish list to help elevate her game. When the season finally started, she told her mum that she didn’t even need to think, her body just knew what to do... She made the regional team. The end. What will you transform? 10.01.2022 Get to know me I’ve got so many new followers recently and have hit the 1k mark on Instagram & 300 on fb, I thought I’d do a get to know me post so that you can learn a bit more about me. 1. I have a black belt in karate and still like to compete. Until Covid-19 I was on track to make the State Team and compete in the National Championships... The last time I tried out for the State Team was 19 years ago! ... 2. I have been married to my amazing husband for 14 years and we’ve been together for 21 years 3. I’m a mumma to three gorgeous boys - 9 year old twins and an almost 4 year old little pocket 4. I am a qualified Veterinary Nurse and I used to work with dogs & cats who had cancer and would administer chemo 5. I have a huge Italian family and an amazing extended family 5. My sister is my bestie, my cousins are as close as sisters and I am blessed to have the most gorgeous group of 4 girlfriends who I’ve known for...27 years! 6. I love personal development but not just the quotes and inspiring images. 07.01.2022 HYPNOTHERAPY , ? Does it make you think:... Dodgy stage performances Fake A little bit cringe-worthy Unproven/ Reckless/ Dangerous Well, to be completely honest, although I had seen (and experienced) some amazing things with RTT and knew it could help so many people transform their lives, something that I had to work through was my issues with the word and the beliefs it generated for me. I also had to work through my beliefs around the training that a hypnotherapist receive compared to say a psychologist or psychiatrist. Thoughts came up (easily): Who am I to think I can help? Why wouldn’t people just go and get help from a psychologist or a psychiatrist? Well, I’m glad to say, I worked through my own issues and am excited to be able to be helping people work through their issues. So here’s how I worked it out and how I feel absolutely comfortable in the role I play for my clients. When I see clients, I would NEVER recommend for them to stop seeing their psychiatrist or psychologist. I help in other complementary ways. In hypnosis, we go back to the root cause of your issues and look at the beliefs that were formed as a result. We then unpack & reframe these beliefs and finally we reprogram your mind and upgrade your beliefs in your own personalised recording. I’m so glad that I worked through my issues and identified what was holding me back and took action to work through them. Can you say the same? 05.01.2022 Have you ever had one or all of these thoughts? I wish I could just stop time I’m always so busy I’ll never get it all done... I can never catch up, no matter what I do ... I feel like we have literally, in some small way, wished this downtime into existence. Obviously, not exactly the way it has unfolded with the illness, deaths and economic uncertainty and stress. .... . People think the grass is always greener - it would be better if (insert something here), my life will be easier when (insert something else there) But what if, everything was perfect exactly the way that it has always been? Maybe the only thing that ever needed to change this whole time was.... you! Your thoughts, your mindset, your focus, your beliefs and values. So now when life returns to the way it always was, which it will, what are you going to choose or change? How are you going to ? 04.01.2022 My journey to becoming an RTT Therapist was long and quick all in the same story Anyone who knows me personally will know that my mum suffers with crippling anxiety. In my spare time I was constantly searching for things that could help her or ways in which I could help. One day, in 2017, I stumbled upon Marisa Peer and her revolutionary Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and as flow would have it, Marisa Peer was interviewed on my favourite podcast by JessLively.com ... 04.01.2022 Part 2 of my journey begins with me consuming everything I can about how the mind works and what keeps people stuck. And then one day, Jess Lively announces on her podcast that she was building a foundation which give grants to people who would like to become part of the Emotional Wellbeing Brigade, using RTT to help people who have suffered trauma. The foundation also takes application from people who want to receive free RTT with the foundation’s main focus being sexual ...trauma & the recent fires in Australia. The reason Jess started the Lively Community Foundation was that her own experience with RTT was so transformational that she actually trained to be a therapist and understands how RTT could help some many others transform. But one day, I decide to submit an application and just see... I didn’t prepare for the video submission, I just spoke about how I had been following both Jess & Marisa Peer for years and that this would be an amazing opportunity for me to help others (& myself) transform I didn’t have to wait long before I was contacted and asked to have an interview with the foundation manager Nishi who is based in Detroit. I had my interview and the very next morning, I was offered the grant to study RTT. It was one of those moments that changed my life forever And the funny thing was, after my RTT session that I mentioned in PART 1, I journaled for a while and I wrote - I’d love to meet/work with @jessclively and I’d love to become a RTT therapist.... 03.01.2022 Happiness..... What does that word make you think, feel or believe? Are you happy? Can you be happy?... Is happiness what happens to you when everything is perfect and everything is going according to your plan? I’ll be happy when.... (finish that sentence) People with all the money and all the stuff can still be miserable and people with the least can be the happiest...so what is it? What is the to happiness? The answer is choice. You CHOOSE to be happy. Be happy now, be grateful for what you have and stop focusing on what you still don’t have or what you need to be happy. Don’t get me wrong, you should definitely have goals and things that you are working towards but choose to be happy and grateful along the way because otherwise you’ll get there and it’ll still never be enough.
