10.01.2022 You might have seen a few changes here at Audley. National Parks are giving the river front some love and renovating the boat shed. The end result is exciting but as you can imagine it’s not ideal having a big fence around our grass area so please be patient with us over the next few weeks while works are happening, there is still so much beauty here. We’re open 7 days through it all and we’d love to see you. Audley has a long cultural history as a pleasure grounds,... a place to meet, contemplate and engage with nature. @nswnationalparks are working hard to honour that history and maintain the connection for future generations. The lawn in front of the cafe is undergoing significant renovations that will open vistas to the river and the boat shed that is also soon to undergo maintenance as park of the Audley master plan. 09.01.2022 MEET THE TEAM Georgia our Event Supervisor has worked at Audley Dance Hall Cafe for 6 years. I started as a waiter in the cafe and then began working on the weddings and loved everything about them, they are such a special event. What has kept me around for so long is the regular customers that come in and tell us their recent adventures and the fun staff that I get to work with every day. But its also the incredible location that is Audley and the Royal National Park. ... There are countless trails and swimming spots nearby to explore either after work or on my days off. One of my favourites being Robertson Roundabout, which is a 40 minute walk each way to the end of Kangaroo Creek where you can go for a swim and have a picnic. Plus, its all just next to Audley. Royal National Park has so much to offer, with such diverse landscapes including beaches, waterfalls, swimming holes, coastal cliffs, lookouts and great bushland - it is definitely worth an adventure.
