Examples of having a Growth Mindset: I’m not good at riding a bike INSTEAD, SAY I’m not good at riding a bike, but with practice I’ll get better I already know everything about the job INSTEAD, SAY I enjoy learning and growing and finding challenges in things I am not familiar with I'm no good at interviews, I always stumble and trip over my own words when answering. INSTEAD, SAY I now know the most common interview questions, with practice I will be more confident in my answers, nailing my interview and landing my dream job. What some of your limiting beliefs?

It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, WHO am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?. Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. You playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around y...ou. We are all meant to shine as children do. We are meant to manifest the glory within us. It’s not just in some of us, it’s in all of us, everyone. As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated form our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others’. Don’t let fear hold you back. Remember on the other side of fear, is everything you want. Don’t conform to what society dictates To move forward you have to have courage Don’t blend in as your voice cannot be heard When pursuing your dreams you will be required to do what no-one else will do Do what others won't and have what others don't To be different you cannot be Passive To be different, will require consistent daily action To be different your will have to conquer your daily fears BUT.... know this, before we can conquer & change the world, the person we most need to conquer is OURSELVES. Change requires that only YOU alone do it, but it need not be a lonely journey, as in time you will find your support team. In order to change you have to take Personal Responsibility. Change & Success requires that you surround yourself with people who: Inspire you Encourage you Who nourish you and support your dreams Lift you up Liberate You Support you Love you unconditionally Who do not judge you Teach you It is said you are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Show me your community & support team, so I can determine your success path. So who you spend the most time with, is who you become. WHO WILL YOU BECOME? Choose & use your time in this lifetime wisely as time is a precious commodity. You cannot, bargain for more time and you cannot buy more time. Your life, your heart your future your dream is your responsibility and your responsibility alone. 14.01.2022 WOULD YOU GIVE UP OR FIGHT TO ENJOY LIFE? . Saw a couple riding bikes The gentleman was on a 2 wheeler... His wife rode a tricycle. Both were elderly. The lady had quite a serious disability. She could only use one arm. Her right side was paralysed, possibility due to an accident or stroke She was so incredibly determined. I continued to watch them pedal along the footpath. Later after running some errands, I came across them again this time on the roadway. The gentleman was ahead of his wife He kept looking back to see if his wife was still following. As I waited to overtake her, I could not be more amazed by her. . . With her disability she could easily have *Stayed at home. *Be waited on. *Have home meals delivered. *Be dependant on someone for all her needs. BUT NOSHE CHOOSE - LIFE - FUN - INDEPENDENCE. No matter how long it took her she felt: *Free. *Independent. *Had unwavering faith she could achieve anything. This made me think, given the same set of circumstance, what would we chose?? When you have clarity around HOW you give value & around your unique set of skills, only then can you define WHO you can offer that value to and HOW you can help. Your unique set of skills and experiences have the power to help you stand out in job market searches, only as long as you’re clear on what they are. 13.01.2022 TIP FOR MANAGERS/COACHES/LEADERS!! They don't know what they don't know..RIGHT Sometimes clients or employees may not know what they want. They know they are looking to change, but don’t know how.... To help them figure out what they want in life, we have to learn how to ask the right open - ended questions using the GROW model for goal-setting and problem solving. Once you know what they want or at least their expectation, it’s time to figure out what they need and how to get them there. Together, develop a plan, to give focus, purpose and meaning Be intentional, set realistic/achievable goals and set benchmarks/timeframes. Identify what they need to do in order to achieve the goal. Track and measure progress. Hold them accountable, maintain focus, get an agreement to the action plan. Be fully present during the planning and/or coaching sessions & be sensitive to their reactions. So important to building trust and rapport. QUESTIONS TO ASK: Do we know our clients/employees well enough? Do we know how they process and receive information? Do we need to modify our communication so get better outcomes? Our role is to provide or offer suggestions to clients or employees to get them thinking differently about their situation, to help them explore options and see what might ultimately be possible. Listen to their podcasts Read their blogs/content Follow them on various social media platforms Sign up for free offerings ASK YOURSELF? Does their messaging align with you and your core values? Are your personalities compatible? Do they align with the needs of your business? Do they prescribe to methodologies or have a proven system that worked/s for themselves and others? Are they willing to invest in themselves? Are they putting out content /information that is relevant/valuable and what you want or need? This will give you a real sense of what type of coach they are, every time What do you look for in a Mentor or Coach

It takes a certain level of self care, self love, determination, dedication, perseverance, persistence and consistency, to have the life you’ve always dreamed of. If you are not where you want to be, look no further than at the person in the mirror and ask...... Am I on the right path? Am I growing mentally and spiritually? Am I chasing shiny objects? Am I letting go of things that no longer serve me? Am I surrounded by the right people? Am I removing obstacles that block my success? Am I consistently doing daily actions? Only when you are bold enough to admit that YOU are preventing YOU from living and achieving your best life, are you able to let go of the things preventing you from achieving your life’s greatness. 08.01.2022 Can Social Media affect my job opportunities This is an absolute no-brainer, but we still get this so wrong... I cannot stress how important this is. Whilst this is your private life, some of the things you do in your personal life may be of concern to potential employers and be perceived as inappropriate and may make them question your character and your position as an ideal candidate. What we do in our private life should not shouldn’t impact how we are perceived, however there is such a fine line, that what we do privately can impact professionally. Just a a word of caution, It’s better to be safe than sorry, so please clean up your social media if you are serious about your professional career.

You will come across confident in who you are, how you tell your story and your vision for the future. . You are essentially selling your Personal Brand.
