The Marshall Government needs to remember their job is to complete with wishes of the people who voted them in. NOT dictate to the people of South Australia. It’s about time to look at who you vote for in the future neither of the 2 main parties are friends of shooters, or anything else that is fun. We have ministers that work for Steven Marshall who feel they are too important to respond to people, basically don’t want to respond to people because it’s too hard or they are not bothered. Here are a few sample questions: The firearms act says I have to get a serial number engraved onto the metal part of my firearm, but all my blasters are made of Nylon or Plastic so what should I do ? & can I please have that in writing I have a large rural property, can I register my property as a private Gel Ball field for my friends & family to play on ? & if so can you please run me through the field requirements All my gel blasters are fully automatic, is it legal to register these on a Category A license ? & if so can I please have this in writing I have multiple gel blaster pistols, is it legal to register these on a category A or do I need category H for handguns ? & if so can I please have this in writing Can I legally now own a gas blowback pistol or shotgun that uses Go2 or green gas to fire ? & if so can I please have this in writing Can I legally own a HPA (High Pressure Air) gel blaster that runs off of a tank ? & if so can I please have this in writing Can I now own a Gel blaster that is all built from metal ? & if so can I please have this in writing I want to buy a Gas Pistol / Full Metal / HPA Blaster from Queensland, with the new laws how can I get one sent over to South Australia & Can I get this answer in writing please

Things are out to change; we have been in talks with Liberal Democ...rats South Australia regarding a new candidate they will be running in the March 2022 elections for the Upper House. We can give you some assurances that this candidate will without any doubt be very supportive to the firearms community. LDP SA are now a very organised, professional party with a very strong core and strong candidate(s) who will be running in March 2022. However, they need our help, the Liberal Democrats South Australia need to get the party re-registered in South Australia. For them to do this they need approximately 300 signed membership declaration forms. The forms can either be sent to you once you sign up as a FREE associate member at www.ldp.org.au/associate or you can pop into The Gunnery, 51 Beach Road, Christies Beach and sign up there. This costs you nothing except a few moments of your time. As with every party, you may not agree with all their polices, but if you own firearms then you should be showing some support as this is the only firearm friendly party in South Australia, who will be supporting you.

I started Gel Ball in 2018, we were given the green light to grow as a community & told late 2020 that this is no longer the case. 08.01.2022 Some simple math. Roughly 300+ thousand gelblaster in SA. 2 tafe courses so far with 4ppl attended the first one and 47ppl attending the second. Now they say they are to do a course every month. Amnesty ends in April. Just doesnt add up.

05.01.2022 Hi All, Thanks very much for your patience last week and over the weekend, as I know you were likely waiting as impatiently as I was over the weekend to hear where things got to on Friday with the preliminary hearing against SAPOL. In the words of the barrister, 'the court ordered that the State respond formally in writing to our case. In Feb the judge will decide whether the case is to go to the full court (3 judges). After that the case will progress to hearing. None of th...is is unusual.' Unfortunately as you know, this is going to take time. In the meantime please remember if you have any questions around the Tafe courses, the accreditation required, or simply a general gel blaster enquiry, please direct them to firearms branch on 08 7322 3346.
