24.01.2022 Feeling overwhelmed? .. I know I AM! The last 4 weeks have been really hard. I’ve had only a handful of labels which meant I couldn’t make stock, which meant I couldn’t fill the shelves, therefore couldn’t officially open the shop up! I’ve been patiently waiting for my labels to arrive (which they finally did about 4 hours ago!!) but you until today I have been feeling so overwhelmed, like I don’t know what to do with my day and a bit like I’d lost my purpose in it all. It’s... definitely made me realise it’s a daily choice how we feel and what we let effect us. I woke up this morning feeling good and wanting to be super productive, which I WAS! But very easily could of let my emotions take over and get frustrated again about something that was out of my control. So I challenge you today, if there’s something you’re feeling overwhelmed or frustrated about, try to just do one day at a time and take something positive from TODAY. It’ll all work out in the end!

23.01.2022 Who’s ready for summer?? I’m so excited for the beach this summer, now Eva actually likes the water I can’t wait to spend more time swimming. 20.01.2022 Anybody else melting today? I wish I was at the beach cooling down and sitting by the water with my tie dye sarong. Each is hand dyed and made for a double cotton muslin so they’re breathable big perfect for hot days like this! How do you stay cool on extremely hot days? ... @jess_stavely
20.01.2022 What’s your skincare routine? Only in the past year have I actually been putting effort in when it comes to taking off my makeup, washing my face, putting a face mask on etc and I swear by the Duo Washers. I have one in the shower and one by the sink. They really give my fave a good clean and once I’m done I just throw it in the wash, so easy!!. I’m really loving @sukinskincare but would love to know which brands you recommend! ... I know what I’ll be giving everyone for Christmas!!!

15.01.2022 Did you finish the nursery before baby arrived? We were living in Vietnam when I had to come back at 30 weeks due to Eva being diagnosed with a heart condition called Coarctation of the Aorta. We moved in with my parents so all I had set up was the Moses Basket and change table! On Friday (the day before i was due) I went off to the hospital for decreased movements due to the fact I was a very high risk pregnancy and little did I know I would be having an emergency cesarea...n that night! It’s crazy to think that August + Poppy wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for Eva and loving back to Australia! I wish I had a nursery all set up like this!!! @the.close.clan

It can get a little hard to remember with the lack of sleep hahaha!
