03.01.2022 COVID-19 Temporary Closing Dear Yogis, We were glad to have you back for the time that we did. However, your health is what matters to us most. In light of the new updates released by the government, we have taken another pause in our face to face training. We will be seeing you shortly again soon.... In the meantime, we will continue to keep our spirit of Yoga & Meditation alive, so for any assistance we are simply a phone call away. If you are not sure how to practice a specific asana or pranayama, make sure to give us a call and we would love to help you over audio or video calls. All our attendees are of great value to us; hence we have extended all class expiry dates, this can be further extended if circumstances change.
