23.01.2022 If you find yourself at the Aunty Peg’s bar over the next little while, you’ll find something quite special, our very first showcase and coffees from Papua New Guinea (PNG). This menu includes three coffees from esteemed Baroida Estate in PNG, processed three different ways. PNG is relatively new to the specialty coffee scene, with harsh wilderness, poor infrastructure and remote smallholders who produce 85% of the nations coffee. This has made sourcing and transparency diff...icult. Nevertheless, exceptional coffee can be found here and is well worth the effort. Enjoy each coffee and story behind the cup at our bar for a limited time.
