18.01.2022 Have you tried our Vanilla Porter? A porter brewed with 6 different malts with the addition of vanilla. It has chocolate and coffee notes from the malts, balanced with subtle vanilla characters. A higher finishing gravity gives a smooth rich character on the finish. ... In short it's a cracking brew and being very well received, cheers all round! A cheeky sip here with our Head Brewer Peter Aldred, Sarge from Aunty Jacks and Toni from Hop Temple Ballarat.

16.01.2022 Have you tried Aunty Jack's IPA? A hop driven ale produced with Pale, Vienna and Rye malts. Cascade, Simcoe and Citra hops have been added in the whirlpool to give piney, fruity characters in the aroma and palate. The beer was then dry-hopped with Simcoe and Citra hops. The beer is deceiving in its 7.0% ABV, and gives the beer some warming characters. It finishes with a lingering bitterness balancing the biscuity malty palate.... 14.01.2022 Have you heard of the Cicerone Certification Program? Well you will hear it quite a bit around these parts! "Cicerone" is pronounced "sis-uh-rohn"... In the wine world, the word "Sommelier" designates those with proven expertise in selecting, acquiring and serving fine wine. In the beer world those people are called a "Cicerone". Our Head Brewer Pete Aldred holds this title and Joe is a Certified Beer Server. We take these credentials very seriously and look forward to Cicerone becoming a part of your everyday vernacular.
