22.01.2022 Happy 70th Birthday to a very special lady! This is a yummy two layer egg and nut free chocolate cake, with chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache filling, coated with vanilla merengue buttercream and chocolate drip. First cake order of 2020!

22.01.2022 Today I made a special request tornado cupcake cake for little Nick who is tornado obsessed and turning 5 today! Nick had a very specific picture of what he was after, and mum is very excited for him to see the results! He is very excited to see this cake at kindy and share it with his friends. Available for pickup today from 3.30pm onwards. *Today we have only TWO cake guts packs for $10ea which have two flavours in them - cookies and cream cake, chocolate mud cake and chocolate mousse with Oreo crumble on top*... *We also have mini grab and go chocolate mousse cups for $3ea* What are cake guts? For every cake that is made, there are always trimmings and offcuts, as well as leftover icing, cake fillings and bits and pieces. Previously I have left them for housemates, friends and family, but after 12 months of cakes, everyone is caked out! If you'd like to get your hands on some cake guts, keep an eye out for when I post the specials for them and comment to secure one for yourself! All packs and desserts goodies are pick up only from Elanora.
