19.01.2022 NSW has been declared a COVID-19 hotspot From 1am Friday 23 July, anyone who has been to NSW cannot enter Queensland unless they are a returning resident, a ...border zone resident or have been granted an exemption. A border zone will be put into place. NSW residents living in the border zone can enter Queensland for a limited range of reasons, including health care, work, education, essential shopping and to provide care to vulnerable people. Queenslanders can travel into the NSW border zone for similar reasons. Anyone entering Queensland from a hotspot must quarantine for 14 days on arrival in government arranged accommodation at their own expense. This will help reduce the chance that they might infect other people. For full details, please visit https://www.qld.gov.au//current-sta/urgent-covid-19-update

11.01.2022 Morning Queenslanders, As we continue to monitor COVID-19 cases around Australia and within Queensland, we need to keep local mask restrictions in place for a f...urther 7 days to keep the community safe. Face masks must continue to be worn in SEQ outside your home until Friday 6 August unless; alone in a car or with members of your household eating or drinking alone outdoors or with a member of your household aged under 12 years old have a certain medical condition or disability You need to wear a mask in indoor workplaces (where it is safe to do so and you can’t physically distance). For full details about mask requirements visit: https://www.qld.gov.au//public/restrictions-impacted-areas

10.01.2022 Patient update: In order to help stop the spread of the latest community cases in Queensland we will be making some changes for this week: * Anyone with cold & flu symptoms or travel to one of the listed hotspots will be offered telehealth consults only... * When visiting us in person please do not bring extra family members to your consult to limit numbers of people in our practice. * remember to practice good hand hygiene, masks and social distancing where possible. And remember if you have any symptoms or contact with a listed hot spot - get tested! We will be offering more vaccination clinics to help keep our community safe.
