Here are some photos of cakes I made over the last year and few of the new cakes I have done in the last 3 months. The wedding cake series were designed and hand decorated for an expo which was on the 7th&8th of September for Sugar&Spice patisserie in Jundaloop.... We received lots of positive feedback! 13.01.2022 So excited to share with you my last creation. A 7 tier wedding Cake, covered with 18 kg plastic icing (fondant), all decorated with hand piped royal icing and embellished with hundreds of pearls, beads, Swarovski and crystals to compliment the beautiful lace of the bride's dress. Part of the cake is a delicious chocolate mud cake with a smooth vanilla buttercream. Such a work of love for one of my best Clients and stunning couple!
