A new department called the Conscience and Religious Freedom Division has been established within the Health & Human Servi...ces Department to restore and protect the fundamental and unalienable rights of conscience and religious freedom. The intention of this new department is to protect civil rights and conscience in health and human services, and the security and privacy of peoples health information allowing for informed consent in all healthcare choices. However, it appears nurses and doctors may have the right to deny treatment to those whose views they oppose. 17.01.2022 It only takes one white crow to prove that all crows are not black. Would be good if those that claim science delivers unquestionable 'facts' rather than theori...es understood and embraced this concept. Theories must by default complement the existing paradigms (ie. models). Yet paradigms are always in flux - always moving toward the next paradigm. The world was once considered flat. Flying machines, telephones and cars were considered nonsense concepts - and good enquirers and inventors and discoverers were incarcerated, jeered, debunked, considered to be propagating dangerous and blasphemous nonsense. Today those like them, who present research and different concepts that challenge the so called 'unquestionable' scientific 'facts' are considered to be talking 'woo'. They are still debunked, jeered, considered to be dangerous and blasphemous propagating nonsense - and some disappear or die mysteriously - some are dragged through the courts to defend against false claims - just as in the past. Yet theories cannot be unquestionable facts, regardless of repetitive recordings in textbooks or by formal lectures, by media propaganda paid for by the people's tax dollars or by political campaigns, also paid for by the people's tax dollars. A single atypical outcome arising from within research results displays that any theory stating 'the way it is' as an absolute is non factual. Rather, it must be an approximation, a model useful for loose illustration to aid understanding to prompt further research, to answer the next questions arising from this aberration. Basically, it is the pointer to the next twenty questions to be researched. How could true science be absolute? To say it is absolute fact - is scientism and similar to fundamentalist religionist thinking. Both are dependent upon blind belief and therefore antithetical to intelligent, open enquiry. I think this is why no sense is coming from our politicians on the subject of their passing law to corral people into vaccinating against their will - the new laws follow religionist thought.
