09.01.2022 The Aureate team would like to thank all of our guests who have made our fine dining experiment the success it has become. It is with great excitement we announce that we will be closing Aureate @ the Mid City to concentrate on the creation of our new permanent home in a purpose-built Ballarat CBD location. Our Last dinner service will be Saturday the 13th of August. On that night we will be serving a special seasonal chef's tasting menu - a dinner to say thank you to our gue...sts, an opportunity to celebrate our local purveyors and showcase our vision for the future of Aureate.
