05.01.2022 Weekend agenda Life Update Little life update from me because I feel like I hardly share much personal stuff on here anymore (that’s a whole other topic of chats!) but I basically have been doing a supervised heavy metal detox the past month and tbh I have been feeling SO rubbish. It’s really been challenging my mental health as every time I enter a new level of healing new feelings arise and trigger the past experiences of fear. So it’s really been challenging me in amo...ngst changes at work, growth and new projects I can definitely still struggle to know how to be present in my business. See the thing for me is my business is my guiding light, the creativity and focus it brings during my healing journey and life overall is huge for me staying afloat. Consistency is a difficult thing because I can have good days and bad days (as we all do) and good weeks and then sometimes weeks like these where my health takes first priority. My partner Keegan has his business now over at @ok.wines (throw him a follow hehe) and in between him having two jobs plus other things happening it’s safe to say our lives are feeling quite full. Sharing the small biz life is a huge love language of sorts for us. Auric Alchemy is expanding into a broader vision and that’s still something I am unfolding slowly in my mind so far. The podcast @inthestill_podcast is teaching me connection and communication after the last 3.5 years being pretty much isolated in many ways with chronic fatigue. I feel like in the last 3 months or so I finally began seeing the light in the crazy last few years where I’ve literally started from scratch, getting to know who I truly am for the first time probably since being a child. My relationship with social media has shifted this year and I feel like my own stories and learnings have become far more sacred and I feel less of the need to ‘over share’ which is the only word I have to describe how I feel I use to show up in this space. It often left me feeling depleted and raw. So that’s me for now! And although the brand continues to reach new heights it is still me/a person behind it all and I want you to always feel that connection Madeline x
