02.01.2022 It may be over now, but my favourite thing about the fringe is how it brings all of Adelaide (and interstates too) together and how joyous the atmosphere was. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has reached the community phase and we are expecting to see exponential rise of cases. It is understandable that people will experience fear. HOWEVER, what we also need to realise is that even though the rate of spread is fast- a lot of cases actually recovers! It’s our social responsibility to know when not to go out when sick, and to exercise respiratory etiquettes.
