05.01.2022 Sometimes you just need to take a break and re-set. Every now and then we need to be reminded that there is a whole world out there, right in our own back yard. This week I have gone for a walk every day and it has been great for my health and to find creativity. Before Covid, I would normally be in the office or away for work, not taking my proper break and definitely not going outside for a walk. As bad as Covid has been, I think it has allowed us to slow down and reconnect, to spend more time with our families and friends and to be present in those important moments.
