We can find ourselves reacting to them with oh no, not this again! It can be easy to feel down or overwhelmed when we catch ourselves in these situations thinking and behaving in ways we used to. But take heart.... If you are catching yourself, you have developed awareness, and if you have developed awareness you have moved further down the path than the last time you were in a similar place.
