25.01.2022 My Lasagna just come out of the oven, smells yummy. We are having for lunch.



25.01.2022 I made a variety of cakes for my girlfriend ZsaZsa birthday party.. Firstly I made her my favourite Italian sponge cake filled with Italian cream. Then I made Tiramsu and I also made my family favourite chocolate ripple cake served with whipped marscapona cheese.

25.01.2022 My gnocchi just made some yummy homemade gnocchi. With Italian pork sausage sugo (sauce). I remember as a child making gnocchi with my mum.. and now my children love helping me in the kitchen. There are a variety of ways to make gnocchi.. But I like to use red potatoes and OO Flour. The gnocchi should be soft and light to eat. Buon apettite.



25.01.2022 I love getting fresh S.A fish, so today I’m cooking whole Garfish. So coat and season and quick pan frying. Serve with hot chips and green salad. Enjoy

17.01.2022 I wanted to try something different for tonight dinner. So made batter that is egg free, dairy free and gluten free. I cut up the Barramundi fish into pieces and pan fried and served with broccoli salad. My boys loved.

15.01.2022 It was lovely not rushing the boys to they sport games this morning . The first Sunday I could eat breakfast relaxing . So I made pancakes for the boys. I made yummy breakfast for us, using fresh ingredients out of my garden.

15.01.2022 I have abundance of apricots. So decided to make apricot jam. I should have made apricot liquid instead. So while the jam is cooking , I could been drinking apricot liquid. That would been nice.

14.01.2022 When makings risotto, you can use a variety of ingredients.. From seafood to chicken livers, but my favourite risotto is made with fungi( mushroom). There are many different types of mushrooms, but in my risotto, I like to use wild mushroom. The other varieties.. Such as Swiss, Button, brown mushrooms and dried porcini mushrooms and dried porcini mushrooms can be used as well.. Using porcini mushroom will give your risotto an earthy taste. When cooking risotto use Extra Virgin Oil and butter. The butter will give your a creamy result. Buon Apettito
