They violated one of our admins, who used a swear word that was part blanked out (see you n t) - which affects our groups rating - for telling a group member NOT TO SWEAR - who wrote the word in it’s entirety. And at the same time did NOT violate the person who actually swore. 01.01.2022 Is the Best Interest of the Child not being represented by their ICL? Well if you're child is old enough, he can apply to have a Direct Representative assigned to him instead of a Best Interests Represenative (the normal type of ICL). The Law Society of NSW recognises in their own documentation, that from about the age of 8, children can be capable of instructing a lawyer and have his/her wishes taken into consideration - instead of the ICL doing what is in the best intere...st of their wallet. You can obtain a "direct representative" instead of the normal ICL (best interests representative), that actually reiterates and pushes for what your child wants - and sack the other ICL.
