Spots this year are very limited though, considering jobs booked in 2019 still haven’t been able to be done, as yet. If you are after works to be done next year now is the chance to get in and confirm your spot. ... 22.01.2022 Good evening, Hope this post finds everyone well and surviving this crazy time. I have spoken to councils across Victoria today and Victorian building Association in regards to storage units for people at home in backyards.... Under building code 10A we can build you a free standing storage unit like the picture attached without a building permit subject to planning permission depending on the property location. According to building and planning permits you can have multiple storage units on your property that are under 10m on your property as long as theyre not joined together. 20.01.2022 Gday all, Over the last couple of weeks I have been a bit behind getting back to people, I am working from first light to last while I can before we get shut down again. I have received all your emails and voice mails and will Endeavor to get back to you ASAP. Need to get some cash flow again so I can support my family for the inevitable shutdown again.,

20.01.2022 Its been a busy few weeks, so we have been quiet on posting photos. We still have the possibility of fitting a couple of annexes in before Christmas. Were also looking at taking bookings for works for annexes or units, not in caravan parks, over the lockout period (24th Dec - 1st Feb).

18.01.2022 It’s been a busy few weeks trying to fit 2020 into 8 weeks! This year is booked out with all the catching up and 2021 is going to be huge trying to fit the rest of this years and next years work into 10 months. I am booked out until Easter 2021 at the earliest, so if you’re wanting work completed next year contact me as soon as possible.

With so much work going on, looking after the kids schooling and the current restrictions/ISO, like everyone at the moment I am also struggling mentally with all that is going on. I am doing everything I can to get back to you all ASAP. So, just to let you know I havent forgotten about anyone, you are all on what seems to be a never endin...g list of things to do, if you can all bear with me for a little bit longer all should be sorted soon. 11.01.2022 Ok folks, it may be slow work wise but my amazing wife is raising funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation! She is killing the 10,000 steps a day challenge even though on day 2 she rolled her ankle nearly tearing the tendon off, some how she takes her moon boot off each day and powers through for a total step count so far of 249,865. If you could donate to this great cause she and the people that rely on this service would be so grateful... every little bit counts!

10.01.2022 Been a busy start to the year and been a bit slack with the Facebook post. Here is a couple of annexes that have been built this year. Now as I have a few weeks off while getting an engine transplant I will be catching up on a few emails and calls I havent been able to get to.

05.01.2022 The annexes at Umina Beach are coming together, nearly done for this trip. Then back home to see the family briefly before hitting the road again to Ulladulla and QLD.. Being Australias best annex builder wasnt meant to be easy..
