09.01.2022 Pinnacle Films in partnership with Forbes Shire Council is excited to announce that the World Premiere of THE LEGEND OF BEN HALL will take place this November 12 in Forbes, New South Wales. The World Premiere will take place at the Forbes Showgrounds with Director Matthew Holmes and actors Jack Martin, Jamie Coffa, William Lee and many other cast & crew in attendance. It will be an under-the-stars gala event with a huge outdoor screen. The World Premiere in Forbes will be the... first stop in an extensive regional promotional tour for the film which will see the cast and crew travel throughout regional New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia. Director Matthew Holmes said it is a privilege to be able to hold the World Premiere of The Legend of Ben Hall in Forbes, NSW. Forbes is the heart of Ben Hall country and its rich colonial history - along with all the surrounding districts and towns - makes it the perfect place to launch the film. Forbes Mayor Graeme Miller said on behalf of the community he was extremely pleased that the World Premiere was being held in Forbes. Council has supported the film from the beginning and I am delighted they are bringing it back to Forbes to give local residents the chance to see it first, Mayor Miller said. THE LEGEND OF BEN HALL will be releasing in cinemas nationally on December 1, 2016.

Never bothered me since. Jem wasnt entirely sure that was true, but the truth didnt matter in bush tales like these. A good story, a lesson, a warning truth was secondary. And so the old man tipped his hat to the crackles of the fire like an old friend, sat in silence and puffed his pipe. The old kelpie at his feet rose with a rumble in greeting as Jem approached. Dargo bounced over to the older dog, tail waving enthusiastically as they sniffed each others backsides.
