21.01.2022 With all states currently in a state of change in regards to outdoor groups, please keep in mind when you are starting your club or social meetings back up that you should check your local protocols. Have heard Council rangers keeping an eye out at some sporting venues! Should you have any questions in regards to how to operate, please reach out as we have heard of some great separation techniques. Stay safe and enjoy some time on the water.

13.01.2022 A note about protecting electronics for all water types but especially salt. This story is from RSYS fleet that sails on Sydney Harbour - see pic first As a side note and based on recommendation, before I installed the electronics tray in my DF65, I used a huge amount of CorrosionX spray on each of the components (top and bottom). It looks green and messy when first sprayed, but when it dries, it seems to put an impenetrable film over everything. This was done a couple of months ago. When I took the boat apart last night (after its rescue) and tested all the components, the only loss was the extension cable for the battery awesome. Everything else was fine even though they had been totally submerged with the power on. A quick clean-up, and good to go again and, of course, lots of CorrosionX sprayed on all the components.

13.01.2022 We have a member trying to source a couple of boats if anybody be has a boat for sale Message us with details and we can pass along

02.01.2022 Some great footage from our friends at Greenhills Social Sailors. They sail on a storm water retention basis to the north of Cronulla NSW. The basin was built as part of a residential development. It now contains 10 permanent marks. Anyone is welcome Tuesday’s and Saturday’s from 12:30 No scoring just great racing... https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=EHHBughiUrk&feature=share
