14.01.2022 The trauma the earth has been enduring in the last couple of months I had channelled writing it would occur back in early Oct. I did not post it as I was too scared and did not want to manifest it. Maybe I should of to warn people. but the bigger picture is presenting and it would not of changed a thing. Sometimes we just have to endure the changes before us. the Gold of it all is the world, and our Australian community has shown us the truth of our human spirit to care and be compassionate. May this vibration continue to wash over the world at a global, family, friends and colleagues level. Perhaps it shook us out of our greed and selfishness. Lets hope.

09.01.2022 19/7/19 This information given me today about Honouring your Body, not despising it! Hope it helps people out there on this same struggle fighting the illusion of fear of food. My beloved soul and higher authorities. What is going on with my body?. Same weight but different shape and function. ? Honour your body as the Temple that houses your soul in that dimension. This you have embraced and have discovered you have dropped the fear of food which is here to nourish your bo...dy and you are doing much better. When you do eat what you call comfort food it is a self-punishment for lack of self-love. This is considered bad by the folk who have created an illusion of fear of food to establish their own means of creating money changing hands, expanding that illusion of fear of food. As you know your body is on a journey of life and will not stay the same. Spread the word to your circle to allow them to stop fearing food and falling for the fear illusion of self-destruction. Changing your belief of food as nourishment and maintaince of the temple that houses your soul will stop the fear expanding. Everything in moderation, not extremes. Your body is on a journey and will change to meet the blue print of that journey. Honour the temple, with the best food available, with a belief will this maintain, adorn, and energize my temple to honour my soul. Will this movement maintain or cause destruction of my temple, that is age appropriate? You have done your warrior exercise, journey and phase as a strong physical active athlete, not now, it is age appropriate, stretch gently honouring of passive movement for your cells is what you need now. Your God/Goddess cannot be housed in a young body that need its peak of strength and function to conquer the quest of the contract the soul agreed to. The ageing process exists to give Goddess time and opportunity to expand then express the wisdom it has discovered in the temple in that dimension. Complete your journey of discovery at that age. The lessons you now understanding. When you seek comfort food, have it, but ask yourself, why do I need comfort in my temple? You will find you have been depleted of emotion from giving externally, and not honouring self, via connection to Life Force from God. You seek comfort when you disconnected intentionally or unintentionally from your external activities of your temple. Honour your temple and journey you on. Do not honour food with fear and illusion, be grateful for the food of quality to honour your soul housed in the temple of the body. See more

02.01.2022 What a loverly meeting I had yesterday with a past colleague who also suffered the traumas of PTSD: It illustrated to me I have been quite dismissive of my symptoms and how I found some relief. In my mind I was leaving it all behind me, that was a choice I made after I did so with the publications of my memoir of my first fifty years "Death just Happens" of how I got to that place of full on burn out from my career. With the added diagnosis of PTSD. I apologize to the p...eople whom are still suffering the symptoms and debilitating cause and effect it has on you. My second book now in construction will answer some of the ways I discovered to remove the flash backs the effects of the trauma. Or I will just blog it here...this all to be determined. In short I went into the wild side of alternative medicine as my beloved western system could not help me anymore. I discovered Pranic healing, which I have now reconstructed to Vibrational Healing System of Symptom relief. It complements existing medical treatments and proud to say gets some relief. You are welcome to make an appointment. We can assist with anxiety to the big one PSTD and all in between.
