10.01.2022 Shoulders feeling a little tight? This is just a reminder that the Lat (Latissimus Dorsi) Stretch is a great stretch for relieving shoulder tension. You can use either a partner (see image) or a pole, just make sure it's something you can grip on to but won't move when you pull on it. Hold each side for 30-60 seconds and perform 2-3 sets....
