The Employer must sponsor all relevant skilled foreign workers if an Australian worker does not possess the appropriate skill for the selected occupation. Subsequent Entrant: This visa is for members of the family unit of a Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) VISA [494] holder who are applying separately for their own [494] VISA and wish to join the primary Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) VISA holder in Australia.
