21.01.2022 ILCA ex Worlds sails are available now ! ILCA 7 (std mkii ) sails are $550 aud and available for pick up now. ILCA 6 (radial ) sails are $475 aud and available ...for pick up after the radial Worlds next week. Both come with batten set and sail bag. Each sail will have a 3 digit number plus country codes and sponsors. 17.01.2022 Last night the early bird raffle for tickets to the Australian Laser Championships was drawn by John d’Helin president of the VLA. The brand new laser and dolly supplied by PSA was won by Emma Prest a young Victorian sailor. Congratulations Emma and thank you PSA.

05.01.2022 Running cleaner, more sustainable regattas As the 2020 Australian Laser Championship is set begin at Sandy, we are doing our best to run all regattas here in a ...cleaner, more sustainable manner. These are the things we have put in place for this summers 7 regattas, held over 30 days, with more than 1150 competitors . and involving some 200 volunteers to put it all together. And today we are issuing our 200 volunteers with stainless steel refillable water bottles which they can refill at the water station. They also get an SYC keep cup. We are also glad our friends at the Bayside City Council provided us with some extra bike racks, as we have been encouraging everyone to ride down instead of making short car trips. And thanks to our friends at the State Government, it was great to see all those Laser sailors launching yesterday in clean sand. (no sludge!)
