Since being appointed as S&C Coach of the Australian Women's Program in February 2020, Sean has had a massive impact to the physical development of the women's squad with his energy and enthusiasm and has developed a growing admiration for lacrosse athletes and our quest to succeed on the world stage.... 05.01.2022 Proud and humbled to be able to announce that I have accepted a role as the Head of Strength and Conditioning for the Australian Men’s Lacrosse Team. I have lov...ed every second being able to work with the Australian Women’s Lacrosse Team and look forward to combining the roles, in order to provide a really high quality and unified service to our International Athletes across the board. A massive thank you to all of the relevant Staff who have assisted in organising GPS Units for our Athletes, as well as just announcing a 3 year partnership with TeamBuildr. This will not only make my job easier but will take our professionalism to the next level. It’s a really exciting time to be involved in Lacrosse, with the Lacrosse World Games coming up in the next couple of years, as well as the prospect of Olympic considerations in the future.
