24.01.2022 Here's the finished product of last week's new door & wall install. All done to look like it was always there, with matching custom made trims, matching door handle & all paint colour matched One happy client and fur baby

24.01.2022 Completed this one today for a new client, got rid of the old double garage doors and brick arches, all reinstated to look like it was all ways there and then finished it off with a new timber look panel lift door with wifi remote. This was not your normal set up as the house has no eave overhang at the garage doors so we had to install an additional steel beam inside the garage to hold up the roof

21.01.2022 Back crawling around under the floor again today in Concord, this time excavating for concrete footings and installation of new Uni-piers to replace the dodgy timber struts installed

20.01.2022 Today's job in Dural, to replace failed section of ceiling & cornice over garage roller door Door removed, failed section of ceiling & cornice removed, additional trimmers installed, new ceiling and matching cornice installed and all base coated ready to finish coat tomorrow, then the garage door reinstalled and checked for correct operation

17.01.2022 Helped out a local high school last week to create a space under their stage for a new sub-woofer speaker, by creating a hole in the brickwork, framing the opening then installing a safety mesh screen that will stand up to the sports being played in the hall to protect the speaker from damage

17.01.2022 Helped a local family out in Glenwood last week to create a new storage room, just waiting for the cabinetry to come then it will all be finished. Works included removal of the old built-in robe, make good to existing walls and ceiling from robe removal, built a new wall with matching door, handle and trims, relocated the TV & GPO outlets, and all left ready for the owners to paint

15.01.2022 Today's client discovered a big hole in one of his lead flashings the other week on the upper floor during all the rain. Today with much patience and muscle we managed to remove the old damaged sections and replace it with new wider lead flashing, while leaving the cladding and A/C units in place. Shouldn't have an issue now

12.01.2022 Repair completed this week in Kellyville Ridge Original colourbond flashings installed incorrectly and falling back into the house wall cavity allowing water to enter the house. We replaced the flashings with new custom made ones with inbuilt fall away from the house, capped off the ends, replaced the cladding board and painted to match... No more water issues for this house

We pushed the floor back up to the right height, added a floor joist and uni-pier in to strengthen up the old timber hallway floor that had suffered water damage some time ago from a leaking shower

03.01.2022 Bathroom reno completed last week in Cherrybrook for a new client Bathroom styled and all finishes supplied by Positive Space Design only items remaining are the shower screen and mirror This one involved replacement of old sheet timber flooring and copper sewer line, all new wall & ceiling linings, waterproofing, full re-tile, replacement timber trims and a full repaint
