17.01.2022 A huge step forward The investigation into the fire that destroyed our premises last month has now been completed. The accessors found that it was caused by an electrical fault and our insurance claim has now been approved. This is a huge step forward and in some small way, a bit of closure too. We have been busily setting up our temporary premises and have now commenced reordering and accepting deliveries so that we can begin to operate again soon. Our aim is to be open i...n a limited capacity before Christmas with items such as moulds, fragrances and some ingredients available for purchase. Many of you have asked when our Melt and Pour soap bases will be back in stock. In our planning for the lead up to Christmas, we had just received a significant order of soap prior to the fire, which was unfortunately all destroyed. However, we have already placed orders with both SFIC and SPC and have our fingers crossed that they will begin to arrive close to Christmas - COVID delays permitting. Rest assured you will be the first to know when they hit our new warehouse! We will continue to update you when we can and we thank you again for your patience and understanding.
