I know that in particular in eastern suburbs and inner west. A mix of good and bad news from China, Europe and locally. Any opinions of the forth coming second half of the year? 17.01.2022 RBA has just cut interest rate by 0.25% bringing its cash rate to 3.50%.



16.01.2022 RBA has cut the cash rate by 0.25%. We have an inflation rate below 3% which is likely to be maintained in the next year and the confidence outside the resource section is soft. I think although there are positive signs of recovery from the financial crisis, businesses worry about the slow GPD growth of European and US as well as China's market (which is trying to fight high inflation.)......
