04.01.2022 Philippine SEA GAMES Administrators basically SCAM suppliers!!! Believe it or not the supposedly Philippine government backed SEA Games administrators are out there scamming suppliers and AUSSIE AQUA is doing something about it. We delivered 200 x 5 gallon bottles of drinking water and 15 dispensers in October 2019 and were promised payment within 4 weeks - we are still waiting and every time we inquire we are told 'It's in process'' we keep getting passed around and it is ...now obvious we will never be paid. We won't lie down and do nothing, this is serious money and we are lucky we did not agree to do more when we started to 'smell a rat' and especially when staff were reluctant to acknowledge what we have already delivered. I understand there are many other suppliers in the same situation and have also been to their Manila offices several times with the ridiculous amount of paperwork and permits requested. We will represent everyone who has been wrongly done by. We have been to Raffy Tulfo's office for two meetings and have another tomorrow. Mr Action "Raffy Tulfo" produced a letter for us today which was basically ignored by both of the SEA Games offices and now we take the next step. Thank you Raffy and all your lovely staff for helping us and other suppliers. 04.01.2022 The government has decreed that Water Refilling Stations are authorised to remain open during the Enhanced Community Quarantine. This, however, does not mean we can always get the water to you. Some subdivisions and zones still wont allow non-residents entry and exit even when supplying essential services. This is crazy as most of us will agree however, we need to operate within the current rules.... The best way around this is to order your water for Pick-Up. We will prepare and have your water ready at the time requested. You will also receive your water approximately 10% to 15% cheaper to pick up rather than have us deliver the water. Rest assured Aussie Aqua has the capacity to supply all your water needs during the Enhanced Community Quarantine and beyond.
