22.01.2022 Clear your calendars August 26. Rising Phoenix, a @netflix original documentary on the Paralympic Games. #repost @paralympics : @htyt.stories #RisingPhoenix

21.01.2022 While we have only been the Aussie Belles since 2011, many great Australian Women Goalball players came before us, paving the way for us today. Today, on the 20th anniversary of the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games opening ceremony, we recognise all the goalball players and coaches who advocated for our sport and the Paralympic Movement, and passed on their knowledge so we could continue their legacy today. #Sydney2000 #OnThisDay #MySydney2000 #Paralympics #Goalball

21.01.2022 #ThrowbackThursday 9 years ago we braved the Canberra cold and did some cross-training during a training camp at the AIS. We were meant to try out rowing on Lake Burley Griffin but it was too rough so we rowed on land instead.

21.01.2022 The Belles have descended on Newcastle! 270 days or 38.5 weeks or 9 months, is how long it's been since we have seen each other in person!

20.01.2022 #ThrowbackThursday It was our performance 1 year ago at the @Ibsagoalball Qualifying Tournament in Fort Wayne that secured our qualifying spot for the Tokyo Paralympic Games. 418 days to go!

20.01.2022 After more than 3 months off court, it feels good to be back. The Queensland Belles got back to it last Saturday. Photo description: Meica and Raissa are in set positions on court in preparation to defend a ball. #goalball... #tokyo2020 #readysettokyo See more

19.01.2022 And last but not least... after 4 months, the Victorian Belles are back on court. At least it's easy to maintain social distance when it's only two of us! #ReturnToSport #socialdistancing #AUSAdapts

17.01.2022 A interesting insight into Meica's long and successful goalball career

15.01.2022 More #IDPwD International Day of People with Disability celebrations! Aussie Belle, Tyan, spent the day with over 200 students with disabilities at the NSW School Sport Unit multi-sport day.

14.01.2022 We might not be able to train together at the moment but through the @ausparalympics Paralympic Connect app supported by @Optus, Pete has been able to coach us remotely and as players we are able to see what the other players are working on in their home training sessions. Using this technology allows us to connect as a team and work together towards a collective goal. #technology #training #AUSAdapts #ReadySetTokyo

13.01.2022 The 2021 Braille House calendar is out now and it stars not only vision impaired Paralympains including a former Goalballer Katja but our 2 Belle members Meica and Tyan! Make sure to grab a copy from the link below! https://www.braillehouse.org.au/product-category/calendars/

11.01.2022 Today is International Day of People with Disability #IDPWD. While we can celebrate and learn from people with a disability EVERYDAY, today particularly we celebrate difference, ability, resilience and acceptance. 09.01.2022 Over the past few weeks head coach, Peter Corr, has been connecting with all us Belles around the country from his home in Melbourne via @ausparalympics Paralympic Connect app. Today Brodie tuned into a Melbourne training session to see what defensive technique they have been working on. #AUSAdapts #technology #innovation

05.01.2022 #ThrowbackThursday A little over 5 years ago, we were competing for a spot in the Rio Paralympic Games at the @ibsagoalball 2015 World Games in Seoul, South Korea. This photo was taken during our warm up to the tune of some fun music!

05.01.2022 Tune in live tonight at 6.30pm to hear Brodie and Pete talk about what we have been doing this year during COVID and how we are feeling with #1YearToGo till the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.

05.01.2022 1 YEAR TO GO (again)!! There is no denying that this year has been extremely hard for everyone and unfortunately it isn't over. This milestone isn't just about sport or our small goalball community, it's about looking forward to what we all will achieve in 1 year - whether that is on the court or the strength we have gained from the hardships of 2020. #StaySafe #AUSAdapts #ReadySetTokyo #Tokyo2020 #Tokyo2020plus1

04.01.2022 And that's a wrap for our post-COVID training camp! No amount of time apart can dampen our Belles fighting spirit! #resilient #ReadySetTokyo #Tokyo2020Plus1 #Paralympics

02.01.2022 The NSW Belles are also back on court! #ReadySetTokyo #goalball #ReturnToSport #TheNewNormal
