21.01.2022 #ThrowbackThursday 9 years ago we braved the Canberra cold and did some cross-training during a training camp at the AIS. We were meant to try out rowing on Lake Burley Griffin but it was too rough so we rowed on land instead.

15.01.2022 More #IDPwD International Day of People with Disability celebrations! Aussie Belle, Tyan, spent the day with over 200 students with disabilities at the NSW School Sport Unit multi-sport day.

14.01.2022 We might not be able to train together at the moment but through the @ausparalympics Paralympic Connect app supported by @Optus, Pete has been able to coach us remotely and as players we are able to see what the other players are working on in their home training sessions.
