25.01.2022 Another fav Pilates, core workout I do regularly. Just did this, in a fasted state (fasting till 6pm today), before doing another 20 min body weight workout. 25.01.2022 Tofu stuffed Pine Mushrooms + Fry one chopped large onion with some green beans and miso + then add into a blender with uncooked tofu, tablespoon of Tahini and blend for a minute + marinate mushrooms in a sauce made of balsamic vinegar, miso, water and Tahini for about 5 mins + pre heat oven to 200, then bake mushrooms for about 20 mins or till they start to go brown... + stuff the mushrooms with the tofu and bake for another 10 mins + serve and eat . . . . #melbournefoodie #veganrecipes #nutritarian #saltfree #wholefoods See more

22.01.2022 Scrambled tofu lettuce wraps, with smashed avo with our recently improved Vegan Persian Feta! - Fried a big onion and leek till brown - squash tofu by hand and add to pan with some miso and fry some more. You can use salt if you dont have miso - added the spinach near the end and cooked a little longer till soft... - smashed an avo with some lemon - @thevegandairy Persian Feta and wrap it up. - optional: squeeze some lemon or lime over for flavour Cheers!
22.01.2022 Salad for 2! This is roughly the minimum raw vegetables we eat daily on the nutritarian lifestyle. Id like to mention here! This is not a diet, where after a while I go back to some other way of eating. This way of eating is a lifestyle. My wife stumbled across it on her hunt for something to help her lose some weight after having a baby. It made us both feel so good after 6 weeks that we wanted to stick with it. Just wanted to mention that as I have had a few people ask how is your diet going! .

15.01.2022 Broke my 14 hour fast with this today. Lettuce, carrot, 1/4 avocado, tofu, balsamic vinegar, cherry tomatoes, spinach . I usually do 16-17 hours fasting as the cell rejuvenation benefits start after 12 hours. So the best part of intermittent fasting is after the 12 hour period. 01.01.2022 Dinner & Desert Day 01 of wellness challenge Had 2 big bowls of salad, those bowls are nice and deep. The dressing was made vinegar with Tahini. Main course is pretty self explanatory from the pics just baked with some herbs, not salt. The chick peas were pressure cooked for 50 mins with a tsp of miso paste for flavour. The ice cream desert is a pink lady apple and banana ice cream with a half a cap of vanilla essence. Freeze the fruit and blend for about 60 second...s. Works well in a thermomix brehh!
