25.01.2022 So before the emails, phone calls and messages start flooding in even though some States have gone into full lock down (not Perth yet) freight and home deliveries are still open. You will still get your order as it can still get through. If we are advised by Startrack of any different you will be the first to know! If you need to order then do so next week as we feel we wont be far behind ! The tyranny of distance is actually a blessing for us for once! Keep your chin up and keep smiling

24.01.2022 New and super exciting Scoopable Wax is a fun new product to help you create an alternative to melts/tarts. Scoopable wax is similar to a wax tart/melt however instead of being a stand-alone product, the wax is poured directly into a container such as a jar or tin. Its soft and easily melts. It can be whipped but will not go hard so needs to be inside a container. Let your imagination run wild with mica, glitter and fragrance available under the soy wax tab.

We however, although extremely multi talented!, are unfortunately not soap makers! So we say to our soap maker customers - if you would like to help each other and you have tried and tested some of our fragrances, email us the results (and if cold pressed or melt and pour) and we will add them to the website. We have had some wonderful customers in the past who have volunteered their information which is why we have soap info on some. In the end its all about sharing knowledge and helping one another

With the utmost respect to customers who are trying to run and plan their own businesses and to the families who just want to buy, we cannot get done what we need to because we spend so many hours answering every individual question on so many di...fferent platforms. If we know a date for when something is back in stock we will put it on the website. We really need to be able to concentrate on getting things back into stock but the day is taken up with so much of answering the same questions and in most cases we just dont have specific dates . We put in so many fragrances this afternoon as we just kept them all back to try and stem the tide of panic buying. Please do not panic buy! There is no need. 10.01.2022 So we are getting the same question over and over again on social media concerning our fragrances so here is a little explanation which hopefully will explain it and put everyones mind at ease. At the beginning of covid 19 outbreak things went absolutely bananas and sales just went ballistic! yep we can cope with that! Then our Australian supplier sold our blanket order of bottles to other companies as their demand also skyrocketed. This cau...sed us to be out of stock of some sized bottles for over three weeks. That didnt stop sales however and all other sizes on every fragrance we stock got absolutely smashed! This caused a massive backlog. So we have caught up quite a bit however the fragrances we do have in stock continue to get smashed with sales and no sooner do we put them in stock but they sell out again. We have machines and staff working round the clock on them and hopefully you all would have noticed they are starting to all filter back in. We cant put them all in stock at once otherwise we will just create another situation of delayed orders while fragrances get backed up in a queue. We cant give you a time frame on certain fragrances as they are done in no predetermined order except what is needed on the day. Please rest assured however it is getting back to normal and we have plenty of stock which you will start to see back on the website over the next few days and weeks use our great email me function so you are notified as soon as we put your fav back in stock. 03.01.2022 Our new formulation Bath Whip is a very versatile soap product to create foaming bath products like body scrubs, foot scrubs and cleansers. Bath whip can be used as is, or warmed and then whipped. Whip product for around 5 minutes then add 10% carrier oil, salts or sugar to make various whipped products. After whipping the product can be piped into various shapes and will hold its form. Colours beautifully and whips to a white colour. Not comparable to any other product on the market.
