15.01.2022 One of the most frequently asked questions in the cleaning industry - ARE YOU INSURED? Always sounds like a strange question but we want to take the time to understand what people are asking. Here is what that question normally means: - If you break something what happens? If we break something while we are in your home then there are a few things that happen, firstly, we secure the area to make sure no one gets hurt or nothing else gets broken. The incident is then reported ...in accordance with our quality management system by the team member onsite at the time. If you are home at the time then we also talk to you about what happened and ask a series of questions (would you like it replaced, would you like us to replace it with the same thing or something similar if we cannot find the same thing, or is there an alternative option you would like. Next our operational team investigates the incident and we provide corrective action (such as replacement and changes to working methods) however, in a lot of cases the replacement does not require insurance. We can replace items at short notice and ensuring this doesn't happen again - HOWEVER - WE DO HAVE INSURANCE! All businesses should have insurance appropriate to the business undertakings they are completing, for example we carry a public liability insurance policy (provided by our friends at Risk Assist Australia) and we also have a current workers compensation insurance policy (provided by icare NSW). Rest assured we do everything within our power to prevent damage or injury whilst conducting services, however in the unfortunate event that something does happen, we will be there to resolve the issue!

07.01.2022 As we prepare to start a new week I thought now would be a good time to reflect on the week that was - my highlight for the week was serving a customer by reattaching curtain rails. I know it sounds silly and simple, I know it sounds like something anyone could do - in a lot of cases it is. In this case, this particular customer couldn't. To be able to truly help someone achieve something that really annoys them and affects their quality of life is a passion.
