17.01.2022 Did you realise some of the most successful, well-known and widely-loved movies of all time follow the same story arc? It's called, "The Hero's Journey" and in this little documentary, you will come to understand it and even be inspired by it. Here's my review for "Finding Joe" https://aussiegoeshollywood.blogspot.com/p/a-slice-of-life.

16.01.2022 After 25 years in development, the true Ghostbuster sequel is almost here...

16.01.2022 I started to compile this list of movies in early 2019, and waited until today to pick the most influential movie of 2019 to see out the decade. There were many contenders, but in my opinion only one stands out. Can you see it's poster in the montage? It was a great decade for movies, and this series of reviews is coming... soonish...

15.01.2022 The first trailer for IT: Chapter 2 dropped today, and it's a creepy one...

12.01.2022 Consider yourself a film reviewer? Love watching movies, talking about them and writing about them? I'm looking for movie lovers and film buffs who like to write and want to review movies. An Aussie Goes Hollywood has plans for big expansion, reviewing movies across all genres, decades and styles. I don't have all the time in the world to watch and individually review over 2000 films, so I need your help. ... This is not a paid gig, but more for the fun of it. It's also a good chance to flesh our your writing skills and have an excuse to watch more movies! If you're interested, PM me and I can tell you more about the kind of reviewer I'm looking for. Your reviews would be shared on the blog and via this page, and I'm also happy to help you define and design your own move review blog if that's a goal of yours. Talk Soon!

12.01.2022 Nicolas Cage to play Nicolas Cage in upcoming movie. That's SO much Cage. Will be intense... https://www.hollywoodreporter.com//nicolas-cages-unbearabl

10.01.2022 My latest review on #fictionphile for Stephen Kings "Christine"...

09.01.2022 Sad news that James Lipton, host of the terrific "Inside the Actors Studio" has passed away. A great interviewer with a love of film and acting, he will be sorely missed. I always wondered if he got asked the questions he asked so many actors, "If heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the pearly gates?" And Gods reponse would be, "Welcome, to the greatest interviewer of all time"

09.01.2022 I think this we be in the same universe as Inception. Its just part 2 of Nolan's mind-bending trilogy, with another film of this sort not too far away. Then we will watch all three together and the films will make a lot more sense. Come back here and tell me if I'm right...

09.01.2022 The first conceptual artwork images for Avatar 2 are online. What do you think? As far as I'm concerned December 17th 2021 can't come soon enough...

04.01.2022 Amazing video...

03.01.2022 Now at the movies, IT: Chapter Two is giving clowns a bad name once again. Check out my review here...

01.01.2022 It's about time the bugs, insects and rodents of the Animal Kingdom got their own series of reviews. Small in size and small players in the movie world, Creepy Crawlies may lack in size but bite and sting a punch! Follow the link below to read nine short, fun reviews for movies about spiders, cockroaches, bees, slugs, rats, bats, ticks and mice. I hope you're not squeamish? https://aaghanimalkingdom.blogspot.com/p/creepy-crawlies.ht

01.01.2022 What a decade in movies. And this is a brilliant trailer mashup for some of the best, biggest and most influential movies of 2010-2019. How many of these did you see?

01.01.2022 Friends in Melbourne, fancy yourself a film reviewer? Cameo Cinemas in Belgrave are doing this. Get in on it... I'll be entering too
