25.01.2022 We all use creative visualisation every day and we don’t know it, especially on the golf course . The problem is most of the time we are creating visual imagery of the outcomes that we don’t want. . Research has also shown that golfers who imagine themselves vividly performing the shot and then adding positive emotion, considerably improve their performance in that task.... . The first step is to start experimenting, next time you’re on the tee, visualise the shape of the shot you want to hit (you could use ‘Shot Tracer‘ imagery, like they use on the PGA tour) . While you’re looking down the fairway, visualise that tracer.
